Remus is an Austrian company, so it no problem.
I think there are some distributors also in the states

There is one little problem: Remus does not have a muffler for E21.
So I used one from a VW Golf I GTI 1600 which has the same diameter (+5mm)
and almost the same lenght (-1").
I got the muffler "raw" which means the tail pipe was not welded to the muffler. So I could perfectly fit the tailpipe. Took 2 hours for
fitting both mufflers to the stock pipes. (muffler has only 3" long
inlet pipe).
Good side: there are a lot of different tail pipes diameters available:
90, 102, 127mm
My setup has 102mm tailpipes + 325i cat and is not much louder than 
a stock 325i.

Yes, I had to lower the reservior by 1". Not sure if you have the same
components installed, but my reservoir had a 1" spacer on the front mounting
installed, so I put it to the back mounting and cut the plastik bracket of the reservoir a little bit to fit under the metal bracket coming from the chassis.
